Our team.

Maggie Olore- Owner/CCC-SLP

I am an ASHA-certified speech language pathologist who is passionate about empowering children to communicate and interact with the world. I especially love working with children who are emergent communicators and helping them learn the power of communication through words, gestures, sign language, pictures, and/or high-tech speech generating devices. I am passionate about using neurodiversity-affirming practices, meeting a child where they are, and honoring all forms of communication that they are using. There is nothing better than seeing the joy on a child’s face when they learn the power of their communication. I have been working with preschool- and school-aged children with a variety of needs for over 10 years. I love AAC (augmentative and alternative communication) and finding the best method of communication for each individual child. I am excited to spread the word about AAC and neurodiversity throughout the state of Maine.

Gregory Girtatos-Office Manager/Billing

Having a brother with Down Syndrome has always been something I am proud of and want to show off. I have always known I would get into helping children with disabilities, I just didn't know how. I have 10 plus years in sales and 4 years as a general manager in hospitality. There was something missing for me in those roles. The desire to help children with disabilities is what led me to Tiny Triumphs. I am so excited to start this chapter of my life and help change children's lives. I saw my parents struggle with the lack of communication from schools and the nightmare it could be to get help for your child. That is why we want to take the communication and follow up with parents to the next level. It's the tiniest things that matter the most.

Jaime Hammond-CCC-SLP

As a speech-language pathologist, I am passionate about meeting children where they are and helping them connect with the world around them. I love to help children find a mode of communication (or multiple!) that provides them with a way to express themselves and advocate for their own unique needs. I have been working with children of all ages and abilities for over 10 years in various roles and settings. I’m a firm believer in play and silliness during sessions in order to make interactions as fun and meaningful as possible!

Marie-Ange Lataille- CCC-SLP

I am a bilingual speech-language pathologist (English-French) who has had the pleasure of working with preschool and school-aged children for the past 6 years. I greatly value building on the children’s strengths, incorporating their interests, honoring their ways of communicating and providing a safe environment during interactions. As a neurodiversity-affirming therapist,  I do my best to advocate for and support children who acquire language in ways that may not appear “typical” but are just as beautiful. I consider myself to be a member of each child’s team, which is why it is so (so!) important for me to collaborate with everyone involved in their development. Quick note – although I do love my name, you are welcome to call me Marie!

Laura Kenealy-SLP-CF

I am thrilled to join the Tiny Triumphs Speech and AAC team as a Speech-Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow, having recently earned my Master of Science degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders in Spring 2024. With a strong foundation in play-based and child-led intervention techniques, I am eager to create engaging and impactful therapeutic experiences for the children we serve. My passion lies in supporting young learners as they develop essential communication skills, empowering them to excel in various areas of their lives. I look forward to collaborating with families and colleagues to foster a positive environment for every child’s growth.

Greta DiPierro- CCC-SLP

As an ASHA certified Speech Language Pathologist with clinical expertise across the lifespan, I am thrilled to be returning to the community that I was raised in to help every voice be heard, regardless of ability or mode of communication, through neurodiversity affirming and evidence based services. I value personalized treatment plans that incorporate child led play with patient and caregiver goals and priorities. I firmly believe in the team mentality and emphasizing the involvement of various communication partners or key members in the child’s development to best support the child’s needs in my practice as an SLP.
